Who is this book for?
This book is for entrepreneur and business owner especially from the SME circle. Many of times these outstanding individuals poses the drive to excel but lack the technical knowledge to achieve this. The book aim to impart such knowledge to them.
How long will it take for your strategy to work?
Different business have different strategy and time frame. It really depends on the business plan of the company. The faster they can scale up the faster investor will believe in their story and invest in them. Usually it takes about 6 months for the strategy to work.
Is your approach suitable for part time business?
The future is SME business even as the new normal shown it to be. Many businesses moved into online sales during MCO and saw high trajectory for the first 2 months so any business sure can work be it full time or part time. The challenge is how to maintain the trajectory and move from part time to full time business. The book explains how you can get from part time to full time.
